Privacy policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026. Draft pending legal review.
Who is responsible for your information
HomeClick is a product of 1mpulsa360, a Canadian software business. The person in charge of protecting personal information is Tirso Lopez, reachable at info@1mpulsa360.com.
This policy covers the website homeclickhub.com. The HomeClick applications that our customers use have their own terms and privacy commitments in each customer agreement.
What this website collects
- “Request a demo” form: your name, work email, company, role, phone (optional), number of active projects, your message, and whether you agreed to receive news. The form sends this to us by email. The website does not keep a copy in its database.
- Spam protection: a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, kept for one hour to limit how many requests one connection can send. It cannot be turned back into your IP address.
- Cookies: one cookie that remembers your language (English, French or Spanish) and security cookies from Cloudflare, which protects the site. No advertising or analytics cookies.
- Fonts: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
Why we use it
To answer your demo request and, only if you ticked the box, to send you occasional news about HomeClick.
Consent
You give your consent by sending the form and, for news, by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
Where it is stored
Requests arrive in our mailbox at Hostinger. The website is hosted by Hostinger and protected by Cloudflare. Their servers can be outside Quebec and Canada, for example in the United States, where other laws apply.
How long we keep it
Demo requests: for as long as we are talking with you, and at most 2 years after our last exchange. News consent: until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@1mpulsa360.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
